Canyoning Las Vueltas
Canyoning is an adventure sport where adrenaline, nature and the rappelling technique are combined. It consists of progressing through ravines, beds and rivers avoiding obstacles such as waterfalls in which rappelling is carried out and small scalable obstacles which can be jumped or lowered in the form of a slide if the shape of the rock allows it.

Rafting Rio Pacuare
All the pick-ups will be between 7am and 7:30 in the morning in Turrialba and surrounding areas. Subsequently we will travel toward "Finca 3X" in the Pacuare River where the guides await to equip us and to teach us the rules of the river. Later on we will raft a section of quick class II, III and IV rapids concluding at the bridge of Siquirres (the place where we will take a shower and change clothes and then undertake our return to Turrialba or other destinations).

Wellness Day
Start the day with a yoga practice at CATIE Botanical Garden (8am), then visit Hacienda Orosi for lunch and relax. Estimated time of return 5pm.
At Hacienda Orosi you can enjoy:
- Seven pools with thermal mineral water, which range between 34℃ and 39℃.
- Walks immersed in nature.
- Coffee Tour Adventure: Adventure tour through the mountains (hiking) with giant sculptures.
- La Granja de la Hacienda: Enjoy nature and farm animals in a family atmosphere: cows, bulls, oxen, horses, donkeys, mules, peacocks, pheasants, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, sheep, goats, pigs and rabbits.
- Bird watching: more than 225 species registered in the Orosi Valley region.
- Three lakes with wild species of ducks, piches and white herons.

Nature Hike
It is a hike in the forest, where you can enjoy all the nature atractives that are present in the local forest, mammals, plants, tress, birds and so much more.
Then, you can go to a local restaurant for getting a delicious lunch.
There is two places where you can do the hike, La Marta Wildlife Refuge and La Picada Hike (Turrialba Volcano hike)
-La Marta Wildlife Refuge has more than 17 kilometers of demarcated natural trails, which allow you to observe the richness of La Marta, some of which lead to natural pools of rivers, waterfalls and forests. These trails range from low intensity to high level, with tours of half an hour or even more than 8 hours
-La Picada Hike is made up of several routes of different levels from 6km, 10km and 16km passing through the magnificent Turrialba Volcano, the second highest volcano in Costa Rica, currently active.
